Arrests
Oct. 6 - 9:15 p.m., Zachary Kloppenburg, 34, of Mt. Pleasant, was charged with third-degree burglary, fifth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment in the 100 block of East Commercial Street, Hillsboro.
Oct. 10 - 2:52 p.m., an arrest was made on a warrant in the 1300 block of West Burlington Avenue, Fairfield.
Oct. 10 - 11:28 a.m., Theresa Jo Oberkiser, 38, of the 2100 block of Lexington Boulevard, Washington, was arrested in the 200 block of West Main Street, Washington, on a warrant.

Oct. 10 - 2:23 p.m., Ronald Allen Greiner, 59, of the 500 block of Park Street, Ainsworth, was cited into court for disorderly conduct in the 1200 block of Industrial Park Drive, Washington.
Vehicle accidents
Oct. 10 - 5:24 p.m., a motor vehicle accident, with property damage, was reported at 260th Street and Cass Avenue, Mt. Pleasant.
Oct. 10 - 6:53 p.m., a hit and run was reported in the 800 block of West Irish Ridge Road, Mt. Pleasant.
Oct. 10 - 7 a.m., a vehicle hit a deer in the 100 block of Lake Darling Road, Brighton.
Oct. 10 - 9:45 a.m., a vehicle hit a parked truck at South Iowa Avenue and East Polk Street, Washington.
Oct. 10 - 3:39 p.m., a vehicle at South Marion Avenue and West Madison Street, Washington, was struck and the suspect drove off.

Oct. 10 - 4:36 p.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 2100 block of East Washington Street, Mt. Pleasant.
Oct. 10 - 6:31 p.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 1100 block of Henry Washington Street, Wayland.
Oct. 10 - 6:46 p.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 700 block of South Main Street, Mt. Pleasant.

Oct. 10 - 12:41 p.m., intimidation/harassment was reported in the 3100 block of 115th Street, Riverside.
Oct. 10 - 4:48 p.m., intimidation/harassment was reported in the 100 block of 10th Avenue, Wellman.
Drugs
Oct. 10 - 6:15 p.m., a baggie of pills was located in the 1900 block of Larch Avenue, Washington.
