Arrest

Aug. 20 - 10:13 a.m., Wyatt Allen Ball, 24, of the 65000 block of East 100 Road, Miami, Oklahoma, was arrested in the 100 block of East Clay Street, Mt. Pleasant, on a Washington County warrant.

Aug. 20 - 8:43 p.m., Chad Clayton West, 41, of the 500 block of Knotts Street, New Virginia, was arrested in the 3000 block of West San Antonio Street, New Braunfels, Texas, on a Washington County warrant.

Aug. 20 - 10:06 p.m., Andre Davon Ligon, 38, of the 200 block of A Avenue, Kalona, was arrested in the 200 block of A Avenue, Kalona, for driving under suspension.

Aug. 21 - 12:10 a.m., Alden Reed Hartzler, 21, of the 100 block of West Second Street, Wayland, was arrested at South Iowa Avenue and East Polk Street, Washington, for OWI.

Aug. 21 - 5:06 a.m., Ernest Lee Shaw Jr., 21, of the 600 block of South Eighth Avenue, Washington, was arrested for assault.

Burglary

Aug. 20 - 3:56 a.m., burglary was reported in the 700 block of South Main Street, Mt. Pleasant.

Aug. 20 - 8:27 a.m., burglary was reported in the 400 block of West Monroe Street, Mt. Pleasant.

Vehicle accident

Aug. 20 - 12:22 p.m., a motor vehicle accident, with property damage, was reported in the 600 block of South Harrison Place, Mt. Pleasant.

Aug. 20 - 1:41 p.m., a motor vehicle accident, with property damage, was reported in the 400 block of South White Street, Mt. Pleasant.

Aug. 20 - 4:09 p.m., a motor vehicle accident, with no injuries, was reported in the 1500 block of East Washington Street, Washington.

Aug. 20 - 7:44 p.m., a vehicle was struck in a parking lot in the 200 block of West Madison Street, Washington.

Aug. 21 - 12:16 a.m., a vehicle hit a deer at Highway 1 and 140th Street, Kalona.

Theft

Aug. 20 - 2:01 p.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 400 block of North Broadway Street, Mt. Pleasant.

Aug. 20 - 9:29 p.m., a theft was reported in the 200 block of South Wiley Boulevard, Washington.

Sexual offenses

Aug. 20 - 2:09 p.m., sex offenses were reported in the Henry County Area.

Harassment

Aug. 20 - 3:41 p.m., harassment/threats was reported in the 2400 block of Brandon Lane, Mt. Pleasant.

Aug. 20 - 3:43 p.m., intimidation/harassment was reported in the 2200 block of 135th Drive, Kalona.

Assault

Aug. 20 - 5:28 p.m., assault was reported in the 700 block of East Second Street, Washington.

Drugs

Aug. 20 - 7:26 p.m., a narcotic violation was reported in the 300 block of South Main Street, Mt. Pleasant.

Missing person

Aug. 20 - 8:54 p.m., Fairfield police and Wapello County Sheriff's Office spoke about a missing person.

Aug. 21 - 1:56 a.m., Fairfield and Ottumwa police spoke about a missing person (runaway).

Fire

Aug. 20 - 8:57 a.m., a fire at a residence was reported in the 700 block of North Second Avenue, Washington.
