Arrest

Aug. 26 - 9:46 p.m., Jada Rose Anderson, 21, of the 1100 block of Gilbert Court, Iowa City, was arrested at the Washington County Sheriff's Office, Washington, on a warrant.

Aug. 27 - 12:40 p.m., Chrystal Dawn Walterman, 31, of the 900 block of West Briggs Avenue, Fairfield, was arrested in the 600 block of West Monroe Avenue, Fairfield, and charged with assault (simple).

Aug. 27 - 6:19 p.m., Ricardo Rodriguez, 41, of Fairfield, was arrested at Ninth Street and Hempstead Avenue, on a warrant.

Aug. 27 - 11:08 p.m., Alice Gail Taylor, 61, of Fairfield, was arrested in the 200 block of South Maple Street, Fairfield, and charged with domestic abuse assault.

Traffic accidents

Aug. 27 - 10:04 a.m., a motor vehicle accident, with property damage, was reported in the 2100 block of East Washington Street, Mt. Pleasant.

Aug. 27 - 11:07 a.m., a motor vehicle accident, with property damage, was reported in the 200 block of West Monroe Street, Mt. Pleasant.

Burglary

Aug. 26 - 10:24 a.m., a car in the 700 block of East Jefferson Street, Washington, was broken into and a backpack taken.

Aug. 26 - 5:18 p.m., someone went through a shed in the 100 block of West 15th Street, Washington.

Aug. 26 - 10:36 p.m., a purse was taken from a porch in the 1000 block of Second Street, Wellman.

Theft

Aug. 26 - 2:27 p.m., a console tray with $40 in coins, cassette tapes and keys to other vehicles were taken from an unlocked truck in the 400 block of Washington Street, Ainsworth.

Aug. 27 - 8:08 a.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 700 block of East Monroe Street, Mt. Pleasant.

Aug. 27 - 12:11 p.m., theft/larceny/shoplifting was reported in the 400 block of East Pine Street, Winfield.

Harassment

Aug. 27 - 6:18 p.m., harassment/threats was reported in the 300 block of East South Street, Sumner.

Sex offenses

Aug. 26 - 11:19 a.m., a new sex offender registry was reported in Washington.

Aug. 27 - 10:13 a.m., sex offenses were reported in the Henry County area.

Missing person

Aug. 28 - 2:37 a.m., Fairfield and Mt. Pleasant police spoke about a missing person (runaway).

Fire

Aug. 27 - 12:38 p.m., a burn complaint was made in the 300 block of West State Street, Mt. Pleasant.

Aug. 27 - 6:27 p.m., a fire alarm sounded in the 600 block of North Broadway Street, Mt. Pleasant.

Aug. 27, 9:01 p.m., a fire alarm sounded in the 1000 block of North Grand Avenue, Mt. Pleasant.
