Arrests

Sept. 13 - 7:20 p.m., Nathan McElwee, 37, of Mt. Pleasant, was arrested in the 1300 grid of Old Highway 34 in Henry County and charged with operating while intoxicated and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sept. 19 - 1:36 a.m., an arrest on a warrant was made in the 2700 block of West Burlington Avenue, Fairfield.

Sept. 19 - 4:02 a.m., an arrest on a warrant was made in the 2700 block of West Burlington Avenue, Fairfield.

Sept. 20 - 3:22 p.m., Jason Potts was arrested on a warrant in the 800 block of North B Street, Fairfield.

Sept. 21 - 1:32 p.m., Teresa Marie Moore, 30, of the 200 block of West Keokuk Avenue, Keota, was arrested on a warrant in the 200 block of West Keokuk Avenue, Keota.

Sept. 22 - 3:45 a.m., Ross Adam Brooks, 28, of the 300 block of East Buchanan Avenue, Fairfield, was arrested in the 1200 block of West Grimes Avenue, Fairfield, and charged with operating while intoxicated (second offense).

Sept. 23 - 6:28 a.m., Dustin John Haigh, 31, of the 4200 block of Sycamore Street Southeast, Iowa City, was arrested in the 3100 block of Highway 22, Riverside and charged with fourth-degree theft, attempted burglary and possession of burglary tools.

Sept. 23 - 11:08 a.m., an arrest on a warrant was made at Main Street and Kirkwood Avenue, Fairfield.

Sept. 23 - 1:31 p.m., an arrest on a warrant was made in the 400 block of South 14th Street, Fairfield.

Sept. 23 - 8:25 p.m., Christopher Florence, 61, of Fairfield, was arrested in the 200 block of West Washington Avenue, Fairfield, on a warrant.

Sept. 23 - 2:54 p.m., Ricki Lee Sinn, 59, of the 100 block of North Green Street, Keota, was arrested in the 200 block of East Washington Street, Washington, on two warrants.

Sept. 23 - 3:57 p.m., Ellen Anne Krueger, 63, of the 700 block of East Second Street, Washington, was arrested in the 2400 block of Highway 92, Washington, on simple assault.

Sept. 23 - 9:28 p.m., Jesse Lee Hicks, 38, of the 300 block of Vine Street, Barnes City, was arrested in the 2100 block of High Avenue East, Oskaloosa on a warrant.

Sept. 21 - 8:08 p.m., a municipal infraction citation was issued for running a stop sign at Fourth Street and Kirkwood Avenue, Fairfield.

Sept. 23 - 2:59 p.m., a municipal infraction citation was issued at Fourth Street and Broadway Avenue, Fairfield, for no valid driver's license.

Sept. 23 - 4:30 p.m., Maria Elena Hernandez-Cruz, 39, of the 300 block of West Kirkwood Avenue, Fairfield, was cited in the 300 block of West Burlington Avenue, Fairfield, for failure to have a valid license or permit for operating a motor vehicle.

Sept. 23 - 7:41 p.m., Maurice Dandre Billingsley, 33, of Cedar Rapids, was cited at Seventh Street and Ninth Avenue, Wellman, for driving under suspension.
