Arrests

Aug. 29 - 2:31 a.m., Brandon James Adams, 30, of Keokuk, was arrested in the 1800 grid of Franklin Avenue, south of Trenton, and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol (second offense).

Aug. 31 - 4:22 p.m., Scotimay Small, 25, of Fairfield, was arrested in the 200 block of North 28th Street, Fairfield, on a warrant.

Aug. 31 - 11:33 a.m., Mary Jane Soto, of the 300 block of North C Avenue, Washington, was arrested in the 1500 block of East Washington Street, Washington, with charges pending for OWI and possession of controlled substance.

Aug. 31 - 3:22 p.m., Bradley Wiliam Ehrenfelt, 52, of the 1700 block of Highway 22, Wellman, was arrested at 190th Street and Highway 1, Washington, and charged with OWI (first offense).

Sept. 1 - 6 a.m., Tasha Lee Knerr, 29, homeless, was arrested on a warrant in Washington County.

Sept. 1 - 6 a.m., Derek Brandon Morgan, 35, of the 700 block of North Iowa Avenue, Washington, was arrested for trespass and interference with official acts.

Sept. 1 - 12:01 a.m., Robert Wayne Ehret Jr., 40, of the 2000 block of Jefferson Van Buren Street, Birmingham, was arrested in the 500 block of Highway 1, Washington, and charged with OWI (first offense) and improper use of lanes.

Sept. 1 - 11:49 a.m., Wava Jarr, 21, of Fairfield, was arrested at the Jefferson County Law Center on a warrant.

Sept. 1 - 3:12 p.m., an arrest on a warrant was made in the 2700 block of West Burlington Avenue, Fairfield.

Sept. 2 - 11:46 a.m. - Richard Dean Jones, 65, of the 100 block of Prost Street, Richland, was arrested in the 100 block of Prost Street, Richland, on a warrant.

Sept. 2 - 4:13 p.m., Brian Lee Humston, 47, of the 600 block of West Madison Street, Washington, was arrested and charged with second-degree trespass and second-degree theft.

Sept. 2 - 5:30 p.m., Jeffrey Jay Smith, 52, of the 300 block of Third Street, Wellman, was arrested in the 300 block of Third Street, Wellman, and charged with second-degree trespass and second-degree theft.

Sept. 2 - 9:56 p.m., Taneesha Morrow, 36, of the 1100 block of Linbud Lane, Waterloo, was arrested on a warrant in the 300 block of Second Avenue Southwest, Cedar Rapids.

Sept. 1 - 12:34 p.m., Clement Lee Vestal, 55, of Des Moines was cited for public intoxication at East Washington Street and South Fourth Avenue, Washington.

Sept. 1 - 8:54 p.m., Alyssa Renee Carpenter, of Morning Sun, was cited for allowing a dog to run at large in the 1100 block of East Taylor Street, Washington.

Sept. 3 - 12:25 a.m., Alan Frank Kreglow Jr. 74, of the 1000 block of Oakwood Boulevard, Fairfield, was cited in the 2200 block of West Burlington Avenue, Fairfield, for failure to prove security against liability (non-accident related), operation of motor vehicle with expired license and registration violation.
