Friday

7:10 a.m. -- A parking concern was reported at Court and Hempstead.

7:39 a.m. -- A dangerous driver was reported on Pleasant Plain Road.

8:13 a.m. -- Traffic violations were reported in the 700 block of South Sixth.

10:18 a.m. -- Public fighting was reported in the 300 block of North C.

10:30 a.m. -- Police walked through Fairfield High School.

12:08 p.m. -- Police provided traffic control in the 500 block of North Second.

12:30 p.m. -- Police moved a disabled vehicle off the roadway at Seventh and Monroe.

12:58 p.m. -- Police provided assistance at the Jefferson County Health Center.

1 p.m. -- A hit-and-run traffic accident was reported at D and Washington.

2:06 p.m. -- Police walked through Washington Elementary School.

2:21 p.m. -- Police assisted a motorist in the 50 block of North Court.

2:40 p.m. -- Traffic violations were reported at B and Highway 1 at the Fairfield Loop Trail.

2:44 p.m. -- A municipal infraction citation was issued at Sixth and Monroe for no driver's license.

3:25 p.m. -- A traffic accident was reported at Main and Burlington.

3:26 p.m. -- A verbal warning was issued at Burlington and Maple for speeding in the 300 block of Glasgow.

3:36 p.m. -- A driving complaint was made at Highway 1 and 236th.

5:42 p.m. -- A traffic accident was reported in the 400 block of West Washington.

6:05 p.m. -- Police kept the peace in the 200 block of North D.

7:21 p.m. -- A traffic accident was reported at the men's dome in Maharishi Vedic City.

7:25 p.m. -- Extra patrol was requested in the 1100 block of South Seventh.

7:51 p.m. -- A disabled vehicle was reported on Burlington near 32nd Street.

8:07 p.m. -- An animal concern was reported in the 400 block of South Fourth.

8:42 p.m. -- A citation was issued at Sixth and Harrison to Tanner William Bruegge, 25, of Birmingham, for driving while suspended, revoked, canceled or denied.

11:03 p.m. -- Police checked Whitham Woods after park hours.

11:15 p.m. -- Disorderly conduct was reported in the 300 block of West Hempstead.

11:40 p.m. -- Police assisted a family in the 200 block of East Buchanan.

12:32 a.m. -- Vandalism was reported in the 1000 block of West Burlington.

12:43 a.m. -- Police assisted with adult probation in the 600 block of West Monroe.

12:50 a.m. -- Police assisted with adult probation in the 800 block of West Depot.

12:56 a.m. -- Police assisted with adult probation in the 500 block of West Depot.

7:04 a.m. -- Police assisted the Jefferson County Sheriff Office at Second and Burlington.

8:05 a.m. -- A verbal warning was issued in the 900 block of West Harrison for DUS.

8:53 a.m. -- A verbal warning was issued at Second and Broadway for speed in the 300 block of East Burlington.

11:52 a.m. -- Suspicious activity was reported in the 200 block of South Second.

4:31 p.m. -- A disabled vehicle was reported in the 1100 block of South Fourth.

5:40 p.m. -- A verbal warning was issued at mile marker 210 on Highway 34 for a traffic violation.

6:30 p.m. -- Suspicious activity was reported in the 200 block of Southgate Circle.

8:45 p.m. -- A verbal warning was issued at Court and Burlington for a driver-side brake light and a third-brake light outage.

8:53 p.m. -- Fraud was reported in the 800 block of East Burlington.

9:35 p.m. -- A verbal warning was issued in the 2000 block of Nutmeg for an obstructed license plate.

11:08 p.m. -- A verbal warning was issued in the 2100 block of Libertyville Road for a traffic violation.

Sunday

12:01 a.m. -- A citation was issued in the 1600 block of West Burlington to Leo 'Joey” Joseph Schafer, 40, of Fairfield, for fraudulent use of registration and failure to have a valid license or permit for operating a motor vehicle.
