The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged at Dispatch:

Friday

8:54 a.m. - A funeral escort was requested by Behner Funeral Home.

10:16 a.m. - A building alarm sounded in the 100 block of North Main.

12:26 p.m. - Police assisted the Washington County Sheriff's Office.

12:46 p.m. - Police assisted a motorist at Highway 34 and Quince.

12:50 p.m. - A miscellaneous complaint and service call was received in the 2000 block of Libertyville Road.

1:25 p.m. - Theft was reported in the 500 block of North Fourth.

1:46 p.m. - Loud music was reported in the 600 block of West Broadway.

2:08 p.m. - Disorderly conduct was investigated in the 600 block of East Broadway. At 2:19 p.m., Logan Thomas Conklin, 17, of Fairfield, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

2:27 p.m. - A complaint was received about parking on East Lowe between B and C streets.

3:34 p.m. - A juvenile issue was reported in the 600 block of East Broadway.

3:38 p.m. - Phone harassment was reported in the 300 block of South Sixth.

3:54 p.m. - Police investigated shoplifting in the 2700 block of West Burlington. At 4:23 p.m., Curldelro JuJuan Webb, 28, of Memphis, Tennessee, was arrested and charged with fifth-degree theft.

4:36 p.m. - A controlled substance was reported in the 800 block of West Tyler.

7:24 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at D and Lowe for a driver-side taillight outage.

9:48 p.m. - An alarm sounded in the 200 block of Iowa Avenue. Everything was OK.
