10:46 a.m. - A stolen car dolly was recovered in 2100 block of West Burlington.
11:48 a.m. - Trespassing was reported in the 900 block of West Grimes.
12:14 p.m. - A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 2000 block of North Court.
2:29 p.m. - Suspicious activity was reported in the 400 block of Highland.
3:07 p.m. - A violation of a no contact order was reported in the 400 block of South 15th.

12:47 a.m. - Police assisted the Van Buren County Sheriff's Office.
1:55 a.m. - Police checked a building in the 2800 block of West Burlington. The building was secure.
3:04 a.m. - Disturbing the peace was reported in the 400 block of South Fourth.
9:44 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued in the 100 block of North Main for a traffic violation.
10:05 a.m. - Extra patrol was requested in the 600 block of North Main.
10:26 a.m. - A hit-and-run accident was reported in the 400 block of East Adams.
10:59 a.m. - A crossing arm malfunction was reported at the D Street railroad crossing.
12:22 p.m. - An animal concern was reported in the 2000 block of South Main.
2:44 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1000 block of West Burlington.
4:54 p.m. - Theft-shoplifting and other offenses were investigated in the 2700 block of West Burlington. At 6:08 p.m., Leah Marcelle Ehret, 32, of Ottumwa, was arrested and charged with fifth-degree theft, eluding law enforcement vehicle (aggravated), driving while barred and reckless driving.
5:19 p.m. - Harassment was reported in the 200 block of East Pierce.
8:51 p.m. - Police assisted with disabled vehicle at D and Harrison.
10:23 p.m. - An unresponsive subject was reported in the 2700 block of West Burlington.
11:25 p.m. - Extra patrol was requested in the 900 block of South Park.

1:04 a.m. - Police assisted with adult probation in the 600 block of North C.
1:16 a.m. - Police assisted with adult probation in the 800 block of West Depot.
1:26 a.m. - Police assisted with adult probation in the 1300 block of West Jackson.
1:34 a.m. - Police assisted with adult probation in the 400 block of South Fourth.
2:02 a.m. - Police investigated offenses in the 800 block of West Broadway. At 2:21 a.m., Joe Louie Zapata, 22, of Fairfield, was arrested and charged with public consumption or intoxication.
3:43 a.m. - Police assisted the 8th District Department of Correctional Services, Washington, Iowa.
7:30 a.m. - Police assisted the ambulance in the 2900 block of West Adams.
1:57 p.m. - Police assisted the Van Buren County Sheriff's Office.
2:23 p.m. - Police assisted with an object in the road on Highway 1 near the Maharishi Golden Domes.
