Friday
612 a.m. - A suspicious male was reported in the 400 block of West Stone.
9:43 a.m. - Police provided warrant service for the Jefferson County Attorney's office.
12:56 p.m. - A funeral escort was requested by Behner Funeral Home.
2:41 p.m. - A civil dispute was reported in the 300 block of West Washington.
2:48 p.m. - A traffic accident was reported in the 1922 block of US 34 Business.
5:12 p.m. - Police assisted the Wapello County Sheriff's Office.
5:34 p.m. - Police checked the welfare of a driver at Fourth and Burlington.
5:43 p.m. - Police assisted the Wapello County Sheriff's Office.
6:01 p.m. - A parking concern was reported in the 600 block of East Adams.
6:43 p., m. - Fraud was reported in the 400 block of North Main.
7:44 p.m. - Warrant service was provided in the 1100 block of Sunset Drive.
7:52 p.m. - Police assisted a family at Court and Burlington.
8:08 p.m. - Police assisted the Wapello County Sheriff's Office.
8:31 p.m. - Police checked on a disabled vehicle at Seventh and Jefferson.
10:04 p.m. - Suspicious activity at Seventh and Liberty was reported. Michael McGee, 26, of Fairfield, was arrested for possession of controlled substance.
11:27 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of North Main.

12:08 a.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of North C.
1:38 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Fourth and Burlington for a taillight outage.
5:12 a.m. - Police assisted the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office at Evergreen Cemetery.
8:52 a.m. - A utilities hazard was reported in the 700 block of East Fillmore.
9:10 a.m. - A traffic accident was reported at Evergreen Cemetery.
11 a.m. - Suspicious activity was reported in the 2700 block of West Burlington.
12:11 p.m. - Police investigated burglary/breaking and entering in the 700 block of South Sixth. At 4:06 p.m., Erik Nolan Fountain, 19, of Fairfield, was arrested in the 600 block of West Monroe and charged with first-degree burglary.
12:42 p.m. - Theft was reported in the 500 block of North Fourth.
3:10 p.m. - Police assisted the Washington County Sheriff's Office.
3:34 p.m. - Suspicious activity was reported in the 300 block of South 17th.
3:59 p.m. - Harassment was reported in the 200 block of West Briggs.
6:29 p.m. - A vehicle backed into another vehicle in the 600 block of West Burlington. Minor damage occurred.
7:47 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Madison and Hillside for a traffic violation.
8:03 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Third and Adams for a driver-side headlight outage and a tag light outage.

10:35 p.m. - A civil dispute was reported in the 400 block of North Fifth.
11:25 p.m. - Suspicious activity was reported in the 400 block of South Fourth.

5:43 a.m. - Police assisted the Ottumwa Police Department.
1:10 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Burlington and Court for not stopping at a red light.
2:52 p.m. - A building alarm sounded in the 200 block of North Main.
6:13 p.m. - An animal concern was reported in the 700 block of West Burlington.
8:55 p.m. - Suspicious activity was reported at Fairfield Little League Field. A subject was walking a dog.
9:08 p.m. - Trespassing was reported in the 600 block of West Monroe. Police searched the apartment. No one was inside.
