Thomas Hahn of Fairfield was arrested on his second offence of driving while intoxicated.
A caller advised that a dead tree fell on a power line. Alliant Energy was advised.

The Fairfield Police Department reports the following calls and incidents logged at dispatch:
Monday
Thomas Hahn of Fairfield was arrested on his second offence of driving while intoxicated.
A caller advised that a dead tree fell on a power line. Alliant Energy was advised.
Tuesday
A citizen reported that a young female in the street asked her for money. The subject told her that her boyfriend had kicked her out. Citizen said she didn?t give her any money, however, subject repeatedly requested money from other people. Subject had blonde hair, a white tank top and light blue shorts.
A citizen reported that her niece stole her bike and refuses to return it. Officers reported that subject returned the bike, and no charges were filed.
Roan Bachar of Fairfield turned himself in. He was placed under arrest for violation of probation.
A caller reported that a Chrysler Sebring was stolen; the keys were on the passenger?s seat. The vehicle was taken from Anderson Tooling. Officers filed a report.
A citizen reported that a subject threatened to throw a brick through her car window. When officers made contact with subject, he admitted to the threat as the female subject was driving recklessly down the street and he was concerned for his children?s safety. Subject was advised to be careful about what he says and to inform them if she drove recklessly again.
A citizen reported that her son was driving erratically and that he could be intoxicated. When male subject arrived at residence, the county handled the situation.
A driver struck a deer and incurred $3,000 in damages.
The University BP reported a drive off. A subject driving a Mercedes SUV pumped gas and then left the premises without paying. The station initially wanted the subject to return and pay for gas, however, later decided to press charges. Officers identified and contacted subject. He said he thought his credit card went through. He was in Ottumwa at the time, and he told officers he would pay for the gas when he returned to Fairfield.
Officers located a bicycle reported as stolen. Rachel Austin of Fairfield was riding the bike when officers seized it. Charges are pending.
A citizen reported that her husband threatened to kill her. Officers investigated.
A male subject advised that he needed an officer?s assistance as he had trespassers on his property. He said he was going to beat them with a baseball bat. Officers investigated.
A caller advised that a male subject was looking through cars. Subject was wearing jeans, a camouflage hat and a gray shirt. Subject was seen walking westbound on Washington Avenue.
Wednesday
A citizen reported a theft of his sofa cushions and dining room table. Officers have no suspects or leads at this time.
