8:07 a.m. - Police investigated destruction/damage/vandalism of property in the 300 block of West Washington.
8:18 a.m. - Police escorted a vehicle from the 600 block of West Broadway to Jefferson County Health Center.
9:15 a.m. - A business alarm sounded in the 1100 block of West Burlington.
3:27 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Hempstead and Eighth for no insurance.
4:52 p.m. - Suspicious activity was reported east of D Street near Fairfield High School.
6:43 p.m. - Police assisted EMS in the 2200 block of US 34.
7:46 p.m. - Police investigated theft-shoplifting in the 2700 block of West Burlington.
8:01 p.m. - Suspicious activity was reported in the 400 block of South Fourth.
10:10 p.m. - An unconscious/fainted person was reported in the 200 block of West Madison.

7:16 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued at D and Broadway for a traffic violation.
8:20 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Park and Burlington for a traffic violation.
9:05 a.m. - A business alarm sounded in the 2500 block of West Burlington.
10:41 a.m. - Police walked through Washington Elementary School.
10:45 a.m. - Police walked through Pence Elementary School.
10:51 a.m. - Police walked through Fairfield Middle School.
10:52 a.m. - Police walked through Maharishi School.
11:28 a.m. - Suspicious activity was reported in the 2200 block of West Burlington.
12:52 p.m. - Police investigated fraud-impersonation in the 900 block of West Depot.
2:30 p.m. - An animal concern was reported in the 2500 block of West Burlington.
2:34 p.m. - Larceny-theft was reported in the 200 block of Wilson.
3:39 p.m. - A controlled burn was reported at B and Wilson. The subject was advised to put the smoke out.
3:55 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Fourth and Burlington for a traffic violation.
4 p.m. - Police observed traffic violations at Second and Washington.
4:02 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Fourth and Grimes for running a stop sign at Fourth and Kirkwood.
4:53 p.m. - Harassment was reported in the 200 block of West Briggs.
5:53 p.m. - Police investigated theft-shoplifting in the 2700 block of West Burlington. At 6:10 p.m., Blayre Marcus Wagler, 26, of Fairfield, was arrested and charged with fifth-degree theft.
8:31 p.m. - Crossing arm malfunctions were reported at the crossing from North D to North Ninth.
8:52 p.m. - Travis Tyler Luke, 30, of Fairfield was cited in the 200 block of East Buchanan for failure to have a valid license or permit for operating a motor vehicle.
8:52 p.m. - A K-9 search was conducted in the 200 block of East Buchanan.
9:31 p.m. - An accident was reported in a parking lot in the 2700 block of West Burlington.
9:41 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Fifth and Jackson for no seat belt and a plate light outage.
10:51 p.m. - Police investigated narcotic violations and drug-equipment violations at Seventh and Tyler. At 10:07 p.m. - Soren Christopher Buch, 20, of Fairfield, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance-marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
10:48 p.m. - Suspicious activity was reported in the 200 block of North C.
11:21 p.m. - Disturbing the peace was reported in the 300 block of West Broadway.
