Police Report

The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged at Dispatch:

Tuesday

7:21 a.m. - A barking dog was reported in the 400 block of West Madison.

7:26 a.m. - A business alarm sounded in the 1100 block of West Burlington.

10:11 a.m. - A dangerous driver was reported in the 2500 block of West Burlington.

12:30 p.m. - Police investigated theft in the 2700 block of West Burlington. At 1:37 p.m., Allissa Nicole Patterson, 20, of Biggsville, Illinois, was arrested and charged with first-degree theft. Also at 1:37 p.m., Dillion Jacob Rasch, 27, of Burlington, was arrested and charged with first-degree theft.

12:36 p.m. - Harassment was reported at the men's dome on the Maharishi University of Management campus. A parking complaint was made.

12:43 p.m. - Fraud was reported in the 2000 block of South Main.

1:58 p.m. - Suspicious behavior was reported in the 1300 block of West Burlington.

5:05 p.m. - A traffic accident was reported at Jefferson and Seventh.

7:02 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Sixth and Madison for expired registration.

7:08 p.m. - A citation was issued in the 1000 block of West Burlington for a traffic violation.

7:22 p.m. - A municipal infraction was issued at Sixth and Burlington for a traffic violation.

7:50 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Briggs and Ninth for a traffic violation. The subject provided paperwork for a trailer.
