The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged by Dispatch:

Thursday

7:11 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued in the 200 block of North Main for a traffic violation.

7:31 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Burlington and 16th for a traffic violation.

7:54 a.m. - Police saw suspicious activity in the 1700 block of West Burlington.

8:15 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Kirkwood and E for a traffic violation.

10:47 a.m. - Livestock was reported out on Highway 34, mile marker 211, westbound.

11:58 a.m. - Police investigated theft in the 400 block of South Sixth.

12:35 p.m. - Psychiatric behavior was reported in the 300 block of West Kirkwood.

1:17 p.m. - A traffic accident was reported at Court and Kirkwood.

1:26 p.m. - A traffic accident was reported in the 2400 block of West Burlington.

5:20 p.m. - A hazardous road condition was reported in the 200 block of East Briggs.

9:48 p.m. - Extra patrol was requested in the 400 block of North Court.

10:07 p.m. - Police advised people of hours at Waterworks Park.

10:15 p.m. - Police assisted a driver at D and Lowe.

10:55 p.m. - An animal concern was reported in the 400 block of South 14th.

11:58 p.m. - Police investigated simple assault in the 300 block of East Burlington. At 12:17 a.m. today, Reanea Lisa Frisbie, 51, of Fairfield, was arrested and charged with domestic abuse assault.

Friday

1:15 a.m. - A citation was issue at Fourth and Briggs to Russell Allen Shirley Jr., 36, of Fairfield, for failure to have a valid license or permit for operating a motor vehicle.

1:51 a.m. - Suspicious activity was reported at Fourth and Washington.

4:02 a.m. - Suspicious activity was reported in the 400 block of North Court.
