The Fairfield Police Department reported the following logged at Dispatch:

Thursday

7:21 a.m. - Police were asked to perform a welfare check in the 100 block of East Burlington. A trespass warning was issued.

10:31 a.m. - A municipal infraction citation was issued at Fourth and Briggs for a stop sign violation. A written warning also was issued for window tint.

2:16 p.m. - Harassment was reported in the 700 block of West Washington.

4:12 p.m. - Police were asked to perform a welfare check in the 300 block of West Broadway.

4:30 p.m. - Police were asked to assist a family at Fourth and Harrison.

5:18 p.m. - Police investigated theft of motor vehicle parts or accessories in the 800 block of West Broadway.

5:37 p.m. - Harassment was reported in the 400 block of West Burlington.

6:08 p.m. - Police assisted the Henry County Sheriff's Office.

6:29 p.m. - Police assisted the Wapello County Sheriff's Office.

6:31 p.m. - Harassment was reported in the 900 block of South Third.

6:48 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of North 10th.

7:59 p.m. - Police assisted Wapello County Sheriff's Office.

8:04 p.m. - Extra patrol was requested in the 200 block of West Burlington.

8:51 p.m. - Police investigated in the 300 block of West Hempstead.

9:17 p.m. - A controlled substance was reported in the 300 block of East Pierce.

9:38 p.m. - Police assisted the Henry County Sheriff's Office.

11:41 p.m. - Larceny theft was reported in the 300 block of West Polk.

2:28 a.m. - Police performed a welfare check in the 400 block of West Burlington.

3:19 a.m. - Police assisted the Mt. Pleasant Police Department.
