2:16 a.m. - Police provided assistance in the 2000 block of South Main.
6:44 a.m. - Police investigated narcotic violations in the 400 block of North F.
8:17 a.m. - An abandoned vehicle was reported in the 400 block of West Burlington.
9:48 a.m. - A civil dispute was reported in the 200 block of North 28th.
11:02 a.m. - Police were asked to check on the welfare of a person in the 200 block of North 28th.
11:37 a.m. - A miscellaneous complaint and service call was received.
1:27 p.m. - Suspicious activity was seen in the 400 block of North F.
1:53 p.m. - An arrest on a warrant was made on Burlington Avenue.
1:53 p.m. - Vagrancy panhandling was reported at 12th and Burlington.
2:36 p.m. - A juvenile issue was reported in the 700 block of West Grimes.
2:50 p.m. - Police assisted Wapello County Sheriff's Office.

5:18 p.m. - A traffic accident was reported in the 2700 block of West Burlington.
5:38 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Second and Briggs for a traffic violation.
5:42 p.m. - An object was in the road in the 100 block of South Main.
7:22 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of East Buchanan.
8:19 p.m. - Public fighting was reported in the 2700 block of West Burlington.
9:01 p.m. - Theft was reported in the 2100 block of Libertyville Road.

10:05 p.m. - Public fighting was reported in the 300 block of East Kirkwood. Subjects were in a verbal argument about a loose dog.
10:46 p.m. - Police assisted Van Buren County Sheriff's Office.
10:50 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Fourth and Briggs for a passenger-side headlight outage.
11:17 p.m. - An animal concern was reported in the 400 block of West Hempstead.
11:46 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued in the 400 block of East Madison for failure to obey a traffic control device.
11:53 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Maple and Adams for a broken headlight.

12:25 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Sixth and Fillmore for a passenger-side taillight outage.
12:26 a.m. - Police investigated offenses in the 2200 block of West Burlington. At 1:53 a.m., Tralisa Kaye VanFleet, 40, of Oskaloosa, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and interference with official acts.
3:20 a.m. - Suspicious activity was observed in the 1900 block of West Stone.
4:40 a.m. - A business alarm was reported in the 2700 block of West Burlington. Everything was OK.
4:55 a.m. - Police assisted the Mt. Pleasant Police Department.
5:71 a.m. - Police investigated shoplifting and other offenses in the 2700 block of West Burlington. At 5:54 a.m., Terry June Harnish, 73, of Fairfield, was arrested and charged with fourth-degree theft, fifth-degree theft and interference with official acts.
6:07 a.m. - Police investigated non-violent family offenses in the 500 block of East Buchanan.
8:32 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued in the 500 block of West Burlington for a traffic violation.
9:09 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Ninth and Kirkwood for a traffic violation.
9:14 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Ninth and Grimes for a traffic violation.

9:13 p.m. - Police investigated shoplifting in the 2700 block of West Burlington. At 9:26 p.m., Melissa Lee Rock-Blakley, 42, of Fairfield, was arrested and charged with fifth-degree theft.
