The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged at Dispatch:
Thursday
12:48 a.m. -- A business alarm sounded in the 2000 block of Brookville Road.
1:12 a.m. -- Police saw suspicious behavior in the 100 block of East Broadway.
1:19 a.m. -- Police performed a building check at B and Hempstead.
2:57 a.m. -- Police investigated theft in the 2100 block of Libertyville Road.
6:11 a.m. -- Police investigated narcotic violations in the 500 block of West Depot. At 7:32 a.m., Allen Timothy Powell Sr., 54, of Fairfield, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance - second offense (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
6:11 a.m. -- A search warrant/consent search was carried out in the 500 block of West Depot.
6:59 a.m. -- Extra patrol was requested in the 1000 block of North Hempstead.
11:11 a.m. -- A traffic accident was reported in the 100 block of East Broadway.
1:04 p.m. -- Police investigated theft of motor vehicle parts or accessories in the 300 block of West Fillmore.
2:45 p.m. -- Phone fraud was reported in the 600 block of Hillside.
5:54 p.m. -- An animal concern was reported in the 2500 block of West Burlington.
6:25 p.m. -- A juvenile issue was reported in the 1100 block of West Briggs.
7:29 p.m. -- Violation of a no-contact order was reported in the 600 block of West Washington.
7:42 p.m. -- A domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of West Burlington.
8:39 p.m. -- A civil dispute was reported in the 900 block of West Tyler.
10:22 p.m. -- A verbal warning was issued at Fourth and Merrill for a traffic violation.
11:23 p.m. -- A verbal warning was issued at B and Broadway for a traffic violation.
11:32 p.m. -- A verbal warning was issued in the 100 block of South 23rd Street for a traffic violation.
11:36 p.m. -- Police saw suspicious activity at Seventh and Jackson.
Friday
8:10 a.m. -- A parking concern was reported at Fourth and Fillmore.
9:51 a.m. -- An intoxicated person was reported at Ninth and Briggs.
10:22 a.m. -- A parking concern was reported in the 400 block of West Hempstead.
12:44 p.m. -- A verbal warning was issued in the 1800 block of West Burlington for expired registration.
12:54 p.m. -- Harassment was reported in the 1000 block of South Seventh.
2:17 p.m. -- A parking concern was reported in the 300 block of East Fillmore.
3:36 p.m. -- Assault was reported in the 300 block of North 10th.
7:22 p.m. -- Police investigated offenses in the 2700 block of West Burlington. At 7:52 p.m., Kelly Brian Covington, 57, of Fairfield, was arrested and charged with public consumption or intoxication.
8:06 p.m. -- A civil dispute was reported in the 400 block of East Fillmore.
9:18 p.m. -- An animal concern was reported in the 900 block of West Hempstead.
9:29 p.m. -- Police assisted Fairfield Fire Department with a car fire at University Manor Drive and Chroman.
9:49 p.m. -- Burglary was reported in the 400 block of West Briggs.
11:03 p.m. -- A verbal warning was issued at D and Broadway for expired tag.
11:25 p.m. -- A business alarm sounded in the 200 block of North Main. The building was secure.
11:35 p.m. -- Suspicious activity was reported on South 16th.
Saturday
2:32 a.m. -- Emily Ferguson, 19, of Fairfield, was arrested in the 800 block of West Harrison on an active warrant from another agency.
4:26 a.m. -- Police investigated drunkenness - public intoxication at the Highway 34 eastbound 212 on-ramp. At 4:43 a.m., Juston Roy Brock, 39, of Aubrentown, Tennessee, was arrested and charged with public intoxication - simulated intoxication.
12:02 p.m. -- An animal concern was reported at Court and Broadway.
12:42 p.m. -- Johnathon Christopher Newbold, 36, of Fairfield, was arrest in the 900 block of North Eighth for a probation violation warrant.
2:24 p.m. -- Disturbing the peace was reported in the 1500 block of Woodside Circle.
2:28 p.m. -- Theft was investigated in the 500 block of West Adams.
2:56 p.m. -- A verbal warning was issued in the 700 block of West Burlington for a traffic violation.
