7:46 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Fifth and Adams for a traffic violation.

8:53 a.m. - A person reported entering a confined space at the Fairfield Wastewater Treatment Plant.

9:48 a.m. - A utilities hazard was reported in the 800 block of West Hempstead.

10:06 a.m. - Harassment was reported in the 400 block of North B.

10:39 a.m. - A funeral escort was requested by Behner Funeral Home.

1:51 p.m. - Harassment was reported in the 300 block of West Burlington.

2:29 p.m. - Police investigated theft in the 900 block of South Main.

3:19 p.m. - An animal concern was reported at Fifth and Van Buren.

3:32 p.m. - A civil dispute was reported in the 200 block of East Buchanan.

4:10 p.m. - Public fighting was reported on West Jackson.

4:38 p.m. - Harassment was reported in the 1500 block of Woodside Circle.

4:47 p.m. - Police investigated offenses in the 2700 block of West Burlington. At 4:55 p.m., Rebekah Grace Donaldson, 32, of Fairfield, was arrested and charged with driving while barred.

5:10 p.m. - A utilities hazard was reported at Grimes and Eighth.

5:39 p.m. - An intoxicated driver was reported south two miles from Fairfield.

5:54 p.m. - A civil dispute was reported in the 300 block of East Burlington.

5:56 p.m. - A utilities hazard was reported at Eighth and Grimes and Ninth and Depot.

5:59 p.m. - Harassment was reported in the 400 block of North B.

7:02 p.m. - Police assisted a motorist on West Kirkwood.

7:55 p.m. - Loud music was reported in the 200 block of East Buchanan.

7:59 p.m. - Police assisted Ottumwa Police Department.

8:09 p.m. - An object was reported in the road in the 100 block of South 23rd.

9:15 p.m. - Police assisted a driver in the 1900 block of West Stone.

10:05 p.m. - Police assisted the Mt. Pleasant Police Department.

11:49 p.m. - A written warning was issued at Ninth and Depot for no proof of insurance and driver-side brake light outage.

Today, Thursday, Aug. 1

1:05 a.m. - Police checked Whitham Woods after park hours.

1:09 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued in the 2300 block of West Burlington for a passenger-side headlight outage.

1:50 a.m. - Police made an arrest in the 200 block of East Buchanan on a warrant.

3:10 a.m. - A burglary was reported in the 1000 block of Granview.
