Wednesday

10:27 a.m. - A parking concern was reported at F and Lowe.

11:22 a.m.. - The JCHC walk-in clinic reported animal bites.

11:42 a.m. - An alarm sounded in the 2200 block of West Grimes.

1:13 p.m. - Police saw suspicious behavior at Seventh and Stone.

1:15 p.m. - A parking concern was reported on North Ninth.

1:36 p.m. - Suspicious activity was reported on North Ninth.

1:55 p.m. - Larceny theft was reported in the 400 block of North Fourth.

2:09 p.m. - Police assisted the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office at Jefferson County Park.

3:27 p.m. - Suspicious activity was reported in the 600 block of West Monroe.

4:49 p.m. - An abandoned vehicle was reported in the 600 block of West Broadway.

4:58 p.m. - Phone harassment was reported in the 300 block of South 17th.

7:28 p.m. - A utilities hazard was reported at Eighth and Stone.

8:41 p.m. - Animal bites were reported in the 200 block of East Buchanan.

9:10 p.m. - Fairfield and Ottumwa police spoke about a missing person-runaway.

10:27 p.m. - A civil dispute was reported.

10:38 p.m. - Harassment was reported in the 600 block of North Third.

11:55 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at B and Burlington for a traffic violation.
