The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged at Dispatch:
Wednesday
2:30 a.m. - Trespassing was reported at the Court Street railroad crossing.
3:06 a.m. - Suspicious activity was reported in the 1900 block of West Stone.
8:02 a.m. - Attempted burglary was reported in the 300 block of West Washington.
8:33 a.m. - Assault was reported in the 900 block of West Harrison.
9:05 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued in the 400 block of South 15th for a barking dog.
11:02 a.m. - Fairfield and Washington police spoke about a missing person.
11:13 a.m. - A funeral escort was requested by Behner Funeral Home.
12:23 p.m. - An accident was reported at Fourth and Grimes.
1:48 p.m. - Police assisted with adult probation.
2:19 p.m. - An abandoned vehicle was reported in the 700 block of West Jefferson.
2:33 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Highway 1 and the north entrance to Maharishi University of Management campus. A vehicle was stopped for having an expired registration tag. The vehicle registration was valid, but the proper sticker was not applied. The driver was advised to apply the correct sticker.
2:34 p.m. - A business alarm sounded in the 2100 block of Libertyville Road.
3:01 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Seventh and Harrison for a traffic violation.
5:06 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Sixth and Adams for a traffic violation.
9:30 p.m. - A K-9 search was requested in the 300 block of East Cedar in Stockport.
9:44 p.m. - An animal concern was reported in the 1200 block of South Fourth.
10:43 p.m. - Police assisted the Henry County Sheriff's Office.
11:11 p.m. - Vandalism was reported in the 100 block of North Main.
