The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged at Dispatch:

Monday

11:52 p.m. - Police observed suspicious behavior at Eighth and Gear.

Tuesday

6:54 a.m. - A business alarm sounded in the 1700 block of West Burlington.

7:21 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Main and Burlington for traffic violation.

7:28 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Second and Briggs for a traffic violation.

7:52 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Seventh and Harrison for a traffic violation.

8:41 a.m. - Extra patrol was requested in the 500 block of South B.

9:57 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Fourth and Harrison for a traffic violation.

10:49 a.m. - Police walked through Fairfield High School.

10:52 a.m. - Police assisted Fairfield Fire Department in the 2200 block of Highway 34.

11:19 a.m. - Police walked through Washington Elementary School.

11:38 a.m. - Police walked through Fairfield Middle School.

12:43 p.m. - Suspicious activity was reported on Fourth Street between Hempstead and Briggs.

12:50 p.m. - Police investigated drugs-narcotic violations in the 400 block of West Fillmore. At 1:20 p.m., a subject was arrested in the 500 block of West Fillmore and charged with possession of a controlled substance (marijuana).

2:45 p.m. - A controlled substance was reported in the 600 block of East Broadway.

2:50 p.m. - A civil dispute was reported in the 600 block of North Court.

3:43 p.m. - Lost and found was reported in the 2700 block of West Burlington.

3:54 p.m. - A municipal infractions citation was issued in the 500 block of North Second for a traffic violation.

4:09 p.m. - Police provided warrant service in the 1200 block of South Main.

4:18 p.m. - Police provided warrant service in the 50 block of South 12th.

4:39 p.m. - A death/emergency notice was reported in the 200 block of North 28th.

5:06 p.m. - Police investigated theft in the 50 block of South 12th.

6:18 p.m. - Disturbing the peace was reported in the 900 block of North Ninth.

6:46 p.m. - An overdose/poisoning was reported in the 300 block of East Burlington.

7:41 p.m. - A traffic light malfunction was reported at Fourth and Merrill.

8:02 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at B and Madison for a traffic violation.

9:55 p.m. - Police provided assistance in the 2000 block of South Main.

10:53 p.m. - Washington Police Department reported at missing person.

11:31 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Sixth and Adams for a traffic violation.

Wednesday

12:05 a.m. - Suspicious activity was reported in the 800 block of West Jackson.

2:21 a.m. - Fraud was reported in the 600 block of West Monroe.

2:46 a.m. - Police were requested to check on the welfare of a person in the 1200 block of Glenview Circle.

3:53 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued at D and Jefferson for a traffic violation.

4:35 a.m. - A citation was issued at Ninth and Depot to Jeremy Eugene Williams, 45, of Fairfield, for failure to have a valid license or permit for operating a motor vehicle.

7:16 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Second and Kirkwood for a speeding 35 mph in a 25 mph zone on Kirkwood Avenue.

8:04 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued in the 300 block of East Fillmore for a driver-side brake light outage.

10:06 a.m. - Vandalism was reported in the 400 block of North Court.

10:18 a.m. - Police provided assistance in the 2000 block of South Main.

10:22 a.m. - Trespassing was reported on the Maharishi University of Management campus.

1:55 p.m. - Disturbing the peace was reported in the 800 block of East Burlington.

2:06 p.m. - A business alarm sounded in the 2000 block of South Main.

2:51 p.m. - Fraus was reported in the 900 block of West Grimes.

4:49 p.m. - Harassment was reported in the 400 block of South Fourth.

6:45 p.m. - Police observed suspicious activity in the 3000 block of West Burlington.

7:01 p.m. - Police assisted the Mt. Pleasant Police Department.

7:05 p.m. - Police assisted the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office in the 300 block of Fairfield Road in Libertyville.

7:14 p.m. - Vagrancy panhandling was reported in the 400 block of West Burlington.

8:06 p.m. - A civil dispute was reported in the 700 block of West Broadway.

9:50 p.m. - Loud music was reported in the 100 block of East Broadway.

11:54 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Sixth and Grimes for a traffic violation.
