8:01 a.m. - Police assisted a dangerous driver on Highway 34, eastbound, passing Fir Avenue.
8:26 a.m. - Phone harassment was reported in the 500 block of South E.
10:39 a.m. - A utilities hazard was reported at 28th and Grimes. A power line was down.
11:54 a.m. - Suspicious activity was reported in the 400 block of West Briggs.
1:06 p.m. - A traffic accident was reported at Fourth and Carpenter.
2:13 p.m. - A traffic accident was reported in the 1700 block of West Burlington.
3:51 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of East Buchanan.

10 p.m. - Police investigated driving under influence in the 700 block of West Kirkwood. At 11:06 p.m., Timothy Michael Simmers-Sharp, 48, of Fairfield, was arrested and charged with operating while intoxicated - first offense.
