3:33 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Court and Grimes for a traffic violation.

4:01 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Highland and Jefferson for a traffic violation.

4:09 p.m. - Police assisted the ambulance in the 2000 block of North Court.

4:12 p.m. - Psychiatric behavior was reported in the 300 block of East Briggs.

5:02 p.m. - A citizen called with miscellaneous complaints and service in the 2000 block of South Main.

5:59 p.m. - Police contacted a business in the 50 block of North Main about an alarm. The building was secure.

6:46 p.m. - A parking complaint at Second and Burlington was reported.

6:56 p.m. - Harassment was reported in the 300 block of West Adams.

8:02 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Second and Hempstead for no headlights.

8:23 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Third and Grimes for a vehicle showing a white light to the rear.

8:41 p.m. - Police investigated burglary in the 300 block of West Jefferson.

Sunday

12:52 a.m. - Police assisted a family in the 300 block of South D.

11:07 a.m. - Police walked through Roosevelt Community Recreation Center.

11:24 a.m. - An animal concern was reported in the 200 block of East Adams.

11:33 a.m. - An animal concern was reported in the 1000 block of Hillcrest Drive.

11:46 a.m. - A controlled substance was reported in the 50 block of West Broadway.

11:57 a.m. - A utilities hazard was reported in the 100 block of Cardinal Drive.

1:23 p.m. - Tristin Raynae Beelman, 32, of Fairfield, was cited at 22nd and Burlington for use of electric device while driving.

1:45 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued on Main Street, north of Harrison Avenue, for a traffic violation.

1:51 p.m. - Police assisted the Jefferson County Sheriff Office in the 2100 block of Libertyville Road.

2:11 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued in the 50 block of North Main for a traffic violation.

2:23 p.m. - A municipal infractions citation was issued in the 50 block of North Main to Douglas Hamilton, 65, for a speed violation.

2:36 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Second and Broadway for a traffic violation.

2:38 p.m. - Police provided assistance in the 300 block of East Jefferson.

3:30 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued for a traffic violation.

3:38 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued in the 500 block of West Jefferson.

4:10 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued in the 400 block of West Burlington for a traffic violation.

5:05 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued in the 1100 block of South Main for a traffic violation.

6:04 p.m. - A worker was entering a confined space in the 1400 block of South Main.

6:20 p.m. - Assault was reported in the 400 block of East Burlington.

8:12 p.m. - Extra patrol was requested in the 500 block of West Adams.

2:32 a.m. - Suspicious activity was reported in the 400 block of West Stone.

6:04 a.m. -- A welfare check was requested in the 400 block of East Burlington.

8:09 a.m. -- An animal concern was reported in the 800 block of South Fourth.

8:10 a.m. -- A verbal warning was issued at Key and Libertyville Road for expired registration.

8:30 a.m. -- A citation was issued in the 600 block of East Broadway for minor in possession of tobacco-second offense.

9:08 a.m. -- A funeral escort was requested from Behner Funeral Home to Evergreen Cemetery.

9:25 a.m. -- A welfare check was requested in the 300 block of East Burlington.

11:38 a.m. -- Phone harassment was reported in the 300 block of North 10th.

12:58 p.m. -- A municipal infractions citation was issued on Highway 1 through the Maharishi University of Management campus for expired registration.

1:20 p.m. -- Katrina Ann Foster, 24, of West Des Moines, was cited for expired registration and issued a written warning for window tint violation at Ninth and Hempstead.

1:24 p.m. -- A K-9 search was requested at Ninth and Hempstead.

4:04 p.m. -- John N. Nupp, 20, was arrested at Ninth and Depot on warrants for violations of a no-contact order.

4:10 p.m. -- A domestic disturbance was reported at Fourth and Lowe.

4:16 p.m. -- Police were asked to check on the welfare of a juvenile in the 1000 block of South Sixth.

4:16 p.m. -- A welfare check was requested in the 400 block of East Burlington.

4:30 p.m. -- A parking concern was reported in the 500 block of Kingman Circle.

5:29 p.m. -- Stolen property was recovered in the 3000 block of West Burlington.

6:23 p.m. -- Police investigated a burglary/breaking and entering in the 100 block of South Third.

6:45 p.m. -- A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of West Adams.

6:55 p.m. -- A domestic disturbance was reported in the 400 block of West Broadway.

7:18 p.m. -- An animal concern was reported in the 800 block of South Seventh.

7:56 p.m. -- A verbal warning was issued at Juniper and Libertyville Road for a traffic violation.

8:54 p.m. -- A domestic disturbance was reported in the 1200 block of West Burlington.

10:54 p.m. -- Police assisted with adult probation in the 800 block of West Grimes.

11:01 p.m. -- An arrest was made in the 900 block of South Sixth on a warrant.

11:22 p.m. -- A verbal warning was issued at Salina and Pleasant Plain roads for a traffic violation.

11:41 p.m. -- A domestic disturbance was reported in the 800 block of West Depot.

Tuesday

12:05 a.m. -- Police provided warrant service in the 200 block of East Buchanan.

12:12 a.m. -- Police investigated assault-simple in the 800 block of West Burlington. At 12:16 a.m., Linda Kay Cline, 44, of Fairfield, was arrested and charged with assault-simple.

3:33 a.m. -- An arrest on a warrant was made in the 1000 block of West Burlington.
