2:41 a.m. - Police observed suspicious activity in the 2800 block of West Grimes.

7:34 a.m. - A business alarm was reported in the 50 block of West Hempstead.

10:06 a.m. - Police walked through Washington Elementary School.

10:11 a.m. - A civil dispute was reported in the 200 block of South 15th.

10:24 a.m. - Police provided warrant service in the 800 block of West Grimes.

10:33 a.m. - Police provided warrant service in the 800 block of West Burlington.

10:39 a.m. - Police provided warrant service in the 600 block of West Monroe.

11:15 a.m. - Police provided warrant service in the 600 block of West Monroe.

11:23 a.m. - Police provided warrant service in the 300 block of South Fourth.

11:51 a.m. - Police observed a parking concern in the 900 block of South Eighth.

12:14 p.m. - A hazardous road condition was reported at Harrison and Highland.

12:26 p.m. - A municipal infractions citation was issued at Washington and Fifth for a traffic violation.

1:18 p.m. - Suspicious activity was reported in the 600 block of North Third. Extra patrol was requested.

2:45 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued in the 1200 block of West Burlington for a traffic violation.

2:49 p.m. - An animal concern was reported in the 700 block of Highland.

3:50 p.m. - Police provided assistance in the 700 block of South Fourth.

4:31 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued in the 1900 block of US 34 Business for a traffic violation.

4:51 p.m. - Police investigated theft in the 200 block of North C.

4:55 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at D and Kirkwood for a traffic violation.

4:57 p.m. - Police assisted a family in the 600 block of West Monroe.

5:25 p.m. - A juvenile issue was reported in the 50 block of North Sixth.

5:45 p.m. - Police assisted the Wapello County Sheriff's Office.

6:49 p.m. - Police assisted the Wapello County Sheriff's Office.

7:44 p.m. - A written warning was issued at Main and Grimes for a traffic violation.

9:03 p.m. - Animal bites were reported in the 800 block of North 10th.

10:21 p.m. - Suspicious activity was reported in the 200 block of West Burlington.

11:55 p.m. - Police conducted a building check in the 1800 block of West Stone.
