Saturday

1:20 a.m. - Disturbing the peace was reported in or near the 800 block of 800 South Second.

1:49 a.m. - Gunshots were reported on Grimes between Fourth and Fifth.

1:57 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Third and Kirkwood for no plates.

2:15 a.m. - Police assisted the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office at 210th and Old 34.

2:38 a.m. - Police observed a crossing arm malfunction.

4:35 a.m. - Police assisted the Jefferson County Jail.

7:58 a.m. - A business was contacted about trespassing.

8:17 a.m. - A crossing arm malfunction was reported at the Ninth Street railroad crossing.

8:20 a.m. - Police investigated theft in the 2100 block of Libertyville Road.

11:36 a.m. - A utilities hazard was reported at Park and Hillcrest. A blown transformer was reported. Alliant Energy repaired the transformer.

11:48 a.m. - A violation of a no-contact order was reported in the 200 block of East Buchanan.

2:34 p.m.-- A civil dispute was reported in the 400 block of West Kirkwood.

2:55 p.m. - A K-9 search was requested.

2:58 p.m. - Harassment was reported in the 100 block of West Adams.

3:33 p.m. - Assault was reported in the 2000 block of South Main.

4:50 p.m. - An animal concern was reported in the 1300 block of West Burlington.

5:23 p.m. - Extra patrol was requested in the 1900 block of Junction Road.

5:30 p.m. - Police were requested to check on the welfare of a person in the 200 block of South D.

8:49 p.m. - Harassment was reported in the 600 block of North Third.

9:32 p.m. - Suspicious activity was reported at Fifth and Harrison.

10:52 p.m. - A K-9 search was requested at Third and Madison.

10:52 p.m. - A citation was issued at Third and Madison to Tempis Nicole Rysdam, 19, of Fairfield, for driving while suspended, revoked, canceled or denied.

1:24 a.m. - Suspicious activity was reported at D and Washington.

3:50 a.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 2000 block of North Court.

7:27 a.m. - Police provided warrant service in the 300 block of South 14th.

7:41 a.m. - Police provided warrant service in the 1000 block of North Fourth.

8:09 a.m. - Police provided warrant service in the 200 block of North Court.

9:02 a.m. - A traffic accident was reported in the 2000 block of Libertyville Road.

10:34 a.m. - Police provided warrant service in the 50 block of South 12th.

10:46 a.m. - Police provided warrant service in the 800 block of West Burlington.

11:37 a.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 700 block of West Broadway.

2:33 p.m. - Police provided warrant service in the 400 block of North F.

2:46 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Lowe and Court for a passenger-side brake light outage.

7:29 p.m. - Police investigated the theft of a bike in the 1000 block of South Sixth.

7:52 p.m. - Police investigated simple assault reported in the 2000 block of South Main.

Monday

7:24 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Eighth and Kirkwood for a traffic violation.

8:25 a.m. - Police investigated drugs-narcotic violations in the 300 block of West Briggs. At 9:02 a.m., Paris Nicole Wahl Bickham, 21, of Birmingham, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance (majijuana).

9:33 a.m. - Phone harassment was reported in the 400 block of South 20th.

10:39 a.m. - Disturbing the peace was reported in the 500 block of North B.

12:30 p.m. - An arrest on a warrant was made at F and Kirkwood.

12:46 p.m. - Fairfield and Ottumwa police consulted about a missing person.

2:46 p.m. - Harassment was reported in the 1300 block of West Jackson.

2:52 p.m. - Harassment was reported in the 100 block of South B.

3:36 p.m. - Suspicious activity was reported in the 300 block of South Court.

4:05 p.m. - Police assisted a motorist in the 200 block of Greenvalley Court.

5:13 p.m. - Police assisted Keokuk County Sheriff's Office.

5:35 p.m. - Harassment was reported in the 2000 block of North Court.

6:09 p.m. - Fairfield and Ottumwa police consulted about a missing person (runaway).

6:12 p.m. - Fairfield and Ottumwa police consulted about a missing person (runaway).

6:54 p.m. - An animal concern was reported at O.B. Nelson Park.

7:05 p.m. - An animal concern was reported on the Maharishi University of Management campus.

8:11 p.m. - Fairfield police and Wapello County Sheriff's Office consulted on a missing person (walk-away).

8:36 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of East Pierce.

10:14 p.m. - Assault was reported in the 400 block of Highland.
