The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged at Dispatch:
Monday
4:16 p.m. - A traffic accident was reported at 10th and Burlington.
5:35 p.m. - Police assisted a motorist at Howard Park.
5:50 p.m. - Larceny theft was reported in the 200 block of Wilson.
6:02 p.m. - A subject was arrested in the 700 block of South Fourth on a warrant from another agency.
6:24 p.m. - A juvenile issue was reported at Howard Park.
7:33 p.m. - An animal concern was reported in the 400 block of South 15th.
7:46 p.m. - A municipal infractions citation was issued at Jefferson and B. Police stopped a vehicle for not having any plates or window sticker. The car had been purchased four months ago and had not yet been registered, and the citation was issued for this reason.
8:20 p.m. - Police assisted the Wapello County Sheriff's Office.
8:45 p.m. - A miscellaneous complaint and service call was received.
10:10 p.m. - A disturbance was reported on South 14th.
10:41 p.m. - Police assisted the Iowa State Patrol at Second and Burlington.
11:07 p.m. - Police checked Lamson Woods after park hours.
11:44 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued in the 1600 block of South Main for a traffic violation.
Tuesday
1:37 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 500 block of North Court.
2:09 a.m. - Police assisted the Communications Center.
2:14 a.m. - Police saw suspicious activity at Second and Madison. Wesley Barber, 18, of Fairfield, was arrested for fourth-degree theft.
3:33 a.m. - Police saw suspicious activity in the 1200 block of West Burlington.
9:01 a.m. - Trespassing was reported in the 600 block of West Broadway.
9:31 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Seventh and Jackson for a traffic violation.
9:54 a.m. - An animal concern was reported on West Kirkwood.
10:05 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued at F and Kirkwood for a traffic violation.
10:31 a.m. - An animal concern was reported in the 1900 block of West Burlington.
10:47 a.m. - A citation was issued in the 500 block of West Monroe to Kimberly Lynn Millard, 51, of Birmingham, for driving while suspended, revoked, canceled or denied.
11:05 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued in the 700 block of West Jefferson for a traffic violation.
11:24 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Main and Adams for a traffic violation.
11:40 a.m. - Vandalism was reported in the 500 block of North Sixth.
12:03 p.m. - A juvenile issue was reported in the 700 block of West Hempstead.
12:03 p.m. - Police were asked to check on the welfare of a person on the Maharishi University of Management campus.
12:11 p.m. - Disturbing the peace was reported in the 200 block of South C.
1:56 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued in the 1300 block of West Jackson for a traffic violation.
2:10 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Sixth and Monroe for a traffic violation.
3:04 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Sixth and Monroe for a traffic violation.
3:22 p.m. - Police were asked to check on the welfare of a person in the 400 block of West Hempstead.
3:37 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Fourth and Grimes for a traffic violation.
4:10 p.m. - Police investigated offenses in the 100 block of East Burlington. At 4:18 p.m., Agustin Maximino Vallejo, 32, of Fairfield, was arrested and charged with driving while revoked.
6:16 p.m. - A missing person was reported in the 800 block of South Second.
6:46 p.m. - Disturbing the peace was reported in the 300 block of West Madison.
7:22 p.m. - Crossing arm malfunctions were reported at the 23rd Street railroad crossing.
8:51 p.m. - Extra patrol was requested in the 500 block of East Adams.
9:04 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued to a bicyclist at Ninth and Hempstead for not having a front light on the bicycle after dark. The bicycle had a light, but it was malfunctioning.
9:22 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Main and Madison for a burned out license plate light.
9:51 p.m. - Police provided warrant service in the 900 block of East Jefferson.
9:56 p.m. - A business alarm sounded in the 2500 block of West Burlington. Police checked the area and building for suspicious activity. Everything was OK.
10:21 p.m. - Police investigated criminal mischief/vandalism in the 300 block of West Broadway.
11:42 p.m. - A verbal warning was issued at Sixth and Madison for no brake lights.
11:48 p.m. - Police were asked to check on a person's welfare in the 2000 block of North Court.
