The Fairfield Police Department reports the following logged at Dispatch:

7:58 a.m. - Phone harassment was reported in the 300 block of West Fillmore.

8:02 a.m. - A verbal warning was issued at 10th and Grimes for a driver-side brake light outage.

9:33 a.m. - Police signed for a dog at the Veterinary Clinic PC.

11:59 a.m. - Police assisted the Department of Human Resources.

12:10 p.m. - Forgery was reported in the 2500 block of West Burlington.

12:10 p.m. - Suspicious behavior was reported in the 900 block of West Depot.

12:35 p.m. - Police assisted the Ottumwa Police Department.

1:17 p., m. - A written warning was issued at Seventh and Van Buren for a driver-side brake light outage.

4:39 p.m. - Police assisted the Washington County Sheriff's Office.

6:41 p.m. - Disturbing the peace was reported in the 1000 block of Adams Court.

7:20 p.m. - Disturbing the peace was reported in the 600 block of West Van Buren between Sixth and Seventh streets.

8:57 p.m. - Suspicious activity was reported in the 1700 block of West Burlington.

11:29 p.m. - Police were asked to check on the welfare of a person in the 800 block of West Taylor.
