Vehicle accident

Sept. 16 - 2:19 p.m., a motor vehicle accident, with injuries, was reported at Spruce Avenue and Salina Road, in Henry County.

Sept. 16 - 2:56 p.m., a motor vehicle accident, with property damage, was reported at North Adams Street and East Madison Street, Mt. Pleasant.

Sept. 16, 3 p.m., a traffic accident was reported in the 1100 block of West Burlington Avenue, Fairfield.

Sept. 16 - 3:55 p.m., a traffic accident was reported in the 800 block of West Burlington Avenue, Fairfield.

Sept. 16 - 4:32 p.m., a traffic accident was reported at 10th Street and Burlington Avenue, Fairfield.

Citation

Sept. 16 - 9:12 a.m., Elieanna Cucchiara was issued a citation in the 400 block of East Madison Street, Washington, for rabies.

Sept. 16 - 7:49 a.m., Charles Edward Moore, 65, of the 1700 block of South Main Street, Fairfield, was cited on the west side of the Fairfield square for driving while suspended, revoked, canceled or denied.

Theft

Sept. 16 - 7:03 a.m., theft of a motor vehicle was reported in the 3100 block of Highway 22, Riverside.

Sept. 16 - 12:28 p.m., the theft of cans and bottles were reported in the 70 block of East First Street, Riverside.

Burglary

Sept. 17 - 4:22 a.m., attempted burglary was investigated in the 500 block of North Fourth Street, Fairfield.

Harassment

Sept. 16 - 4:52 p.m., intimidation/harassment was reported in the 500 block of East Madison Street, Brighton.

Sept. 16 - 5:05 p.m., phone harassment was reported in the 300 block of West Broadway Avenue, Fairfield.

Sept. 16 - 11:33 p.m., harassment was reported in the 500 block of North Fourth Street, Fairfield.

Drugs

Sept. 16 - 7:38 p.m., a controlled substance was reported in the 600 block of West Monroe Avenue, Fairfield.
