Police searching for hit and run offender
The Mt. Pleasant Police Department is investigating a hit and run that occurred on Monday, Jan. 15.
According to police reports, Amanda Lyon's 2009 Buick Enclave was parked in the 300 block of North Van Buren St., when an unknown vehicle struck the front driver's side of the Buick and then left the scene.
Police believe the offending vehicle, which left the scene, is a 2011-2014 black Ford Focus based on evidence ...

The Mt. Pleasant Police Department is investigating a hit and run that occurred on Monday, Jan. 15.
According to police reports, Amanda Lyon?s 2009 Buick Enclave was parked in the 300 block of North Van Buren St., when an unknown vehicle struck the front driver?s side of the Buick and then left the scene.
Police believe the offending vehicle, which left the scene, is a 2011-2014 black Ford Focus based on evidence left at the scene. The offending vehicle would have damage to the front driver?s side bumper.
