The Fairfield Police Department has updated a media release published Friday in The Ledger.
After reviewing Homeserve USA on the Better Business Bureau?s website, it shows Homeserve USA has an A- rating through the BBB. The website also shows Homeserve USA has been an accredited company since Feb. 3.

The Fairfield Police Department has updated a media release published Friday in The Ledger.
After reviewing Homeserve USA on the Better Business Bureau?s website, it shows Homeserve USA has an A- rating through the BBB. The website also shows Homeserve USA has been an accredited company since Feb. 3.
The police department acknowledges it should not have warned customers not to do business with this company, and for that, the police department would like to apologize.
As in all matters, it should be left to the potential customers to fully investigate any company that it may do business with and decide on their own if they wish to do business with that company.
