Prepping the site
The Edd King Fountain may have been ready to be returned to its home, but the park itself needed a little help as the park?s ground was still muddy from last night?s rain. City crews laid down plywood for the heavy equipment to drive on. The crews worked throughout the morning to replace the fountain.
