Teressa Parker gets gas this morning at Jet Stop and commented that when she pays at the pump, ?I always take my receipt, but sometimes there are others left hanging there.? Fairfield Police Chief Julie Harvey reports some gas pump purchases paid at the pump with the swipe of a credit or debit card will unlock the pump, but not record the payment.
