Public tour planned of former nursing home
The former Nelson Nursing Home on West Taylor Avenue in Fairfield will be open for a public tour 10:30 a.m. Saturday.
John Kuster, who wants to remodel the nursing home and turn it into an apartment complex, said the tour is an opportunity for the public to see the inside of the building and ask Kuster about his plans.
