Raleigh B. Bridges

Raleigh B. Bridges, 28, of rural Keosauqua, died at 5:40 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 29, 2013, at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Ill., as the result of injuries in car accident south of Kahoka, Mo., Sunday, Aug. 25, 2013.

A funeral was this morning at Pedrick Funeral Home in Keosauqua, with the Rev. Larry Shipley officiating. Burial was in Purdom Cemetery in Keosauqua.

Visitation was Monday.

Mr. Bridges was born Oct. 9, 1984, in Valparaiso, Ind.

He graduated from Eldora High Iowa School and lived most of his adult life in the Keosauqua area.

He was employed as a carpenter and was a member of River of Life Church in Cedar Rapids.

Survivors include one son, Bradyn, of Keosauqua and many other relatives and friends.
