The Mt. Pleasant Public Library is now registering kids for its Toddler Time and Preschool Storyhours. These programs are free. All sessions begin on the first week of October.
Toddler Time is for children ages 18 to 36 months and their parents or caregivers. It consists of songs, fingerplays, stories and crafts. Parents can choose to sign up for either the Monday morning or Wednesday morning sessions. Both sessions run from 10:15 to 10:45 a.m. and run for eight weeks.
Preschool Storyhour is for children ages three to five years old. Preschool-age children take part in stories, fingerplays, songs, crafts and games. Parents can sign their child up for one of the following sessions:
? Tuesday mornings: 10:30 to 11:15 a.m.
? Tuesday evenings: 5:30 to 6:15 p.m.
? Thursday mornings: 10:30 to 11:15 a.m.
? Friday mornings: 10:30 to 11:15 a.m.
Registrations cannot be accepted over the phone. Space is limited.
