Last year?s forum sold-out.
A change in venue for the forum will allow more space for vendor exhibits.
This one-day, interactive forum will feature several presentations, safety displays, an exhibitor tradeshow and other motorcycle-related exhibits.
Presenters include Reggie Showers, Stacey ?Axe? Axemaker, Laura and Kenny Wulf and Slider Gilmore.
There will be be giveaways and a photo booth where participants can have their photo taken with a motorcycle inside the conference center.
Participants are asked to be prepared to share ideas and thoughts with forum committee members and other riders throughout the day.
Throughout the past three years, an average of 43 motorcycles riders or passengers have been killed on Iowa highways.
?All highways deaths are preventable,? said Toni Kerkove, IDOT event organizer. ?By encouraging safe riding behaviors through efforts such as the Motorcycle Safety Forum we can all work together to reach the goal of zero fatalities on Iowa?s roadways.?
