Renovations
Renovations have begun on the Country Charm building, located on North Main Street. Main Street Mt. Pleasant helped facilitate an upper-story renovation state grant for the project. The grant is administered through the Southeast Iowa Regional Planning Commission. The third floor will house two apartments, according to Sherry Bertsch, owner of the Country Charm.
