Ruth Emley Drobny, 97, died Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2011, at Jefferson County Health Center in Fairfield.
A funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at First Presbyterian Church, with the Rev. Joe Phipps officiating. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Fairfield.
Family visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday at Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield.

Ruth Emley Drobny, 97, died Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2011, at Jefferson County Health Center in Fairfield.

Mrs. Drobny was born Feb. 25, 1914, on a farm near Wisner, Neb., the daughter of Ray and Tena Thompson Emley. She married Edward Drobny Jan. 19, 1935, at her parents? home in Martin, S.D. He died Nov. 16, 2003.
Survivors include three sons: Robert Eugene Drobny and wife Phyllis of The Villages, Fla., Donald Dean Drobny and wife Susie of Bluffton, S.C., and Charles Edward Drobny and wife Terri of Fairfield; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and two sisters: Leah Malambri in Indiana and Arlyss Morland in South Dakota.
