Salem man arrested for assault

SALEM - A Salem man was arrested for domestic assault following an incident at Salem City Park on July 18.
The Henry County Sheriff's office reports they were called to Salem City Park on Thursday, July 18, for a report of an assault. Upon further investigation, Adam Warth, 38, of Salem, was arrested for domestic, a simple misdemeanor enhanced to an aggravated misdemeanor.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
