School bus involved in minor collision

The Henry County Sheriff’s Office reported that a school bus carrying two children was involved in a minor collision Monday, and no injuries were reported.
The collision was reported in the 2700 block of 240th Street. An investigation into the collision determined a school bus driven by Floyd Schweer, 67 of New London, had backed into a legally parked Chrysler Town and Country Van.
Damage to the van and bus was estimated to be $3,000.
