School district posts summer hours

Summer business hours at Fairfield Community School District Administration/Curriculum/Technology Center will be 7 a.m. 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Fairfield High School?s main business offices will be open from 7:30 a.m. ? to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The activities (AD) office, located in the Fairfield High School, will be open 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday. These hours will vary when there are games on Friday or Saturday that require help.

Fairfield Middle School office hours will be 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday until June 29. The middle school will be operating out of Pence Elementary gym June 11-29 due to construction at FMS.

FMS will be closed all of July and will reopen to the public 7 a.m. to 3 at the middle school Aug. 1.

The elementary buildings? offices are closed and will reopen for the public from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Aug. 1.

Starting Aug. 27, normal office hours will be 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Hours for the Auxiliary Services offices and staff will be 6 a.m. ? to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and closed on Fridays.

Various district employees will be gone for vacation at different times. Offices will be closed for summer maintenance reasons and/or cleaning purposes. If unable to contact staff at a particular office for several hours or days, contact the A C T Center at 472-2655, or the Auxiliary Services Building at 472-5252.

Aug, 7 is district-wide fee payment/registration day. Registration also can be completed online or stop by ACT building after July 1.

Classes for the 2012-2013 school year will begin Aug. 22. Attendance hours for students the first three days will be 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
