Search warrant nets 4 charged for meth conspiracy

Four people have been arrested and charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine as a result of search warrants executed at two Hedrick addresses.

Wesley Allen Muntz, 33, and Heather Marie Muntz, 31, both of 16241 First St., Hedrick, and Ray Allan Conrad, 52, and Amy Jeananne Beletti, 43, both of 28631 125th St., Hedrick, have been charged with the class B felony.

Officers from the Wapello County Sheriff?s Department, Iowa State Patrol Tactical Team, U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement and Southeast Iowa Inter-Agency Drug Task Force executed two search warrants Thursday as a result of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine investigation.

As a result of the search, items consistent with the manufacture of methamphetamine were seized.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation, and a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
