Jean Wells Shook

Jean Wells Shook, 87, of Mt. Pleasant, died on Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015, at Park Place Elder Living.

A visitation will be held Saturday, Sept. 12, 2015, from 2 to 4 p.m., at the Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel, where the family will receive friends. A Celebration of Life Service will begin at 4 p.m., on Sunday, Sept. 13, at the First Presbyterian Church, with Rev. Trey Hegar officiating. A private inurnment will be held prior to the memorial service at Forest Home Cemetery.

Vera ?Rosalie? Edwards, 87, of Mt. Pleasant, died Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015, at Arbor Court.

A visitation will be held from 1to 7 p.m., on Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2015, at the Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. that evening. A memorial service will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 10, at Olson-Powell Chapel with Rev. Jim Hughes officiating. Inurnment will be at Forest Home Cemetery.

Norma L. Brake, 86, of Mt. Pleasant, died Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015, at Arbor Court.

A visitation will be held from noon to 7 p.m., on Monday, Sept. 7, 2015, at the Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. that evening. A funeral service will begin at 1 p.m., on Tuesday, Sept. 8, at the Memorial Chapel, with Rev. Raymond Brake officiating. Interment will be at the Forest Home Cemetery.
