Seven more test positive at Iowa Wesleyan college

MT. PLEASANT - Iowa Wesleyan University saw an additional seven members of the campus test positive for the coronavirus the week of Oct. 26.
In total, the university conducted 27 tests the previous week with six students and one faculty or staff member testing positive, according to the school's COVID-19 dashboard.
Since the campus reopened in early August, the university has conducted 737 tests with 123 students and 11 staff and faculty members testing positive. The university reports an 18.1 percent positivity rate.
As of 3 p.m. on Monday, four isolation spaces on campus are in use.
