Shelly L. Fink, originally from Mt. Pleasant, died on Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2015.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Jan. 16, 2016, from 2 to 3 p.m., at Calvary Baptist Church, in Mt. Pleasant. Following the memorial service, a celebration of life will be held at the Moose Lodge, in Mt. Pleasant.

Shelly L. Fink, originally from Mt. Pleasant, died on Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2015.

Fink was born on Feb. 2, 1968, in Mt. Pleasant, the daughter of Dan Goddard and Judith Kae Scarff. She grew up in Mt. Pleasant then moved to Waterloo to attend the University of Northern Iowa, where she graduated with her bachelors degree in nursing.
She worked as a registered nurse in home health care, in New Albin.
She enjoyed decorating, crafting, spending time with her family and friends, and following the American Standard Band.
She attended St. Michael?s Episcopal Church, in Mt. Pleasant.
Fink is survived by her two children, Hunter and Tea Fink, both of New Albin; her mother, Judith Scarff, of O?Fallon, Mo.; her father Dan Goddard, of Phoenix, Ariz.; and her brother, Travis (Kelli) Goddard, of O?Fallon, Mo.
