The Jefferson County Sheriff?s Office arrested Theodore William Love, 28, of College Springs at 5:32 p.m. Friday at 1200 W. Grimes Ave. for violation of his pretrial release.
The sheriff?s office responded to an accident at 11:52 p.m. Friday on Highway 34. A 2010 Chevy Impala driven by Caitlin Mae Robertson of Dallas City, Ill., was eastbound when it struck a deer. Estimated damages to the vehicle are $3,500.
