The Jefferson County Sheriff?s Office responded to an accident at 5:01 p.m. Wednesday near 1800 Libertyville Road. A 2005 Chevy Trailblazer driven by Judy Kay Waugh of Libertyville was eastbound when it struck a deer. Estimated damages are $3,000 to the vehicle.
Kara Lynn Sanderson, 22, of Libertyville was arrested at 8:49 p.m. Wednesday in Ottumwa for a probation violation.
