The Jefferson County Sheriff?s Office responded to a burglary at 2:44 p.m. Wednesday at 2299 Middle Glasgow Road. Family photos, estimated $20 value, and envelopes, paper and typewriter ribbon, estimated $55 value, were stolen.
Phyllip Scott Franklin, 42, of Keosauqua was arrested at 10:02 a.m. Wednesday in Birmingham for a probation violation.
