Pablo Antonio Garrido of 1702 Rukmapura Park, No. 16, was driving a 2012 Toyota Prius south on Jasmine Avenue when he struck a deer in the roadway at 8:38 p.m., causing an estimated $1,500 damage to the car.
Miguel Piedra of Columbus Junction was driving a 1997 Toyota 4-Runner south on Pleasant Plain Road when he struck a deer in the roadway at 4:28 a.m. today. The collision caused disabling damage to the vehicle?s front grill, bumper, radiator and passenger front quarter panel.
CLARIFICATION
The 15-year-old passenger injured in a vehicle roll-over into a bean field off Packwood Road Sunday is Dyllan Light. An incorrect name was published in Monday?s Ledger.
