An accident reported in Monday?s Ledger occurring at 7:42 p.m. Sunday actually happened Friday evening on Highway 34, Exit 212 at Highway 1.
The younger Steve Smith of Batavia was driving and involved in the accident, not Stephen Charlie Smith, 69.
