Jefferson County Sheriff?s Office conducted an investigation Tuesday, and at 8:03 p.m. Thursday, arrested Fallyn Dalene Kathryn Garrison, 17, of 2276 Highway 34, at 1200 W. Grimes Ave., for possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
